Overview

Let's get you sending

Three short steps. Everything here is yours alone — your mailbox, your keys, your leads. Nobody else on this server can see any of it.

  1. 1

    Who your emails come from

This is exactly what the recipient sees in the From line.

  2. 2

    Your mailbox

Emails go out through your own mailbox, not through any third-party service. The password stays on this server, encrypted, and is never shown again once saved.

Reply and bounce tracking uses the same mailbox and password. Press Test replies to check it.

  3. 3

    Which AI writes for you

The tool has no AI of its own. It uses your account, on your own subscription — nothing is shared, nothing is billed to anybody else, and no one else's plan does your work.

Leads from Apollo, sending windows, daily limits and the playbook all live in Setup, and can wait until you have sent your first email.

Once you approve, the email goes into that campaign and is sent according to your window and daily limit. Emails built on thin research show up at the top.

Call list CSV

Today's call list by time slot

Enrolls the first N of today's leads into the selected campaign.

Search filters which people to look for

Every lead fetched from now on is stamped with this. Change it before you fetch a different kind of company, and the two lists stay apart in Contacts.

This shrinks the pool (from ~23,000 to ~2,900) but every person in it needs dev capacity today. If you run out, uncheck the box.

Search itself is free: credits are only spent on enrichment. The tighter the filters, the fewer credits wasted.

Accounts each person gets their own leads, mailbox and settings

Everyone here has a completely separate workspace: their own contacts, campaigns, drafts and documents, in their own database file. Nobody can see anybody else's, including you.
